Diet:
1. Eat a variety of fruits and vegetables
2. Provide yourself with a balanced diet daily
3. Do not consume large amounts of sugars and fats
4. Eat a reasonable amount of food
5. Eat regularly and do not skip any main meals.
6. Keep hydrated and continuously drink enough water throughout the day
Physical Activity:
1. Participate in a reasonable amount of sporting activities
2. Do a minimum of 30 minutes of physical activity daily
3. Stay fit
4. Depending on your meal sizes, or what you eat, you must excursive to use up your energy intake so that it doesn't become fat.
5. Become motivated to do physical activities
6. Exercise in appropriate conditions
