Question 1:

Ways to cut down on fat:
1. Trm the fat off meat
2. Low fat
3. Reduced fat
4. Grill
5. Remove the skin

Ways to cut down on sugar:
1. Sugar-free
2. Canned in juice/water
3. Fruit juice
4. Fruit

Ways to cut down on salt:
1. Low salt
2. Herbs and spices
3. Grate
4. Steam

Question 2:

a) Instead of frying bacon - grill it
b) Instead of chips, try - steamed potatoes
c) Add plenty of - vegetables and fruit
d) Eat - Low fat yoghurt
e) Do not use - Mayonnaise, BBQ sauce etc.
f) Swap - White bread for wholegrain or wholemeal

Question 3:

Changes I would make to create a healthier meal and what I would replace what with:
1. a) Egg and mayonnaise sandwich - Remove the mayonnaise
b) Full-fat yoghurt - Low-fat yoghurt
c) Chocolate - Fruit

2. a) Thin crust, pepperoni and cheese pizza - Spinach and ricotta pizza
b) Chips - Green salad
c) Baked beans - Hommus dip
d) Lemon soft drink - Water or a fruit juice
